Artist Terms of Service

Below are terms of use and service. By buying a commission from me, you agree to the following terms below.

  • Do not create my art into an NFT, or submit my art to a site that makes NFTs

  • Do not use my art to train an AI, or submit my art to a site that uses its data to train AIs

  • SFW only; NSFW goes for a different price and follow a different set of rules

  • I only draw bipedal Furry or Humanoid characters

  • Do not use my art in a way that is derogatory or offensive to any marginalized groups of peoples

  • Do not use my art in a commercial setting such as a video game or music video. Contact me personally and I will sort it out with you

  • Do not repost my art anywhere without tagging my Twitter, my Instagram, or my FurAffinity

  • In the case of Ren'Py code parsing, ensure that you credit me somewhere by tagging my Twitter, Instagram, or FurAffinity alongside my itch.io

  • In the case of Jewel Cases, contact me and I will sort something out with you

  • Do not use my art to create and sell physical or digital merchandise

  • I reserve the right decline any commission
